I did my 3rd 45000 km service in this show room. They said it will take 3 hour to finish and as per my request they promised me to give it as soon as they finish. My appointment was at 10:00 am and handed over at 10:00am itself. They did the service and washing in 2 hour and I saw the car coming out to the yard at 12:00 pm. The staff call me and said it will take more time to finish the work. I waited there again for their call. As I knew all the workers were done. I was in bit hurry so that I went near the car double checked. Found that is ready to deliver. One of the staff saw me checking the car and suddenly she went inside and prepared the paperwork. This is an unusual thing happening in all the service centres to keeping us waiting even though work is finished until their time frame.I don’t know is this happening to all the customers or only for us. The washing was very bad, I don’t think it’s washed…They state this wash as a complimentary wash. The tyre Rims as same as it was with black dust. Bad water service and 2 star customer service

Picked up my i30 N-Line today. Was a super simple process with the help of both Jess and Sebastian. They were able to answer all my questions. Sebastian was sure to walk me through all the features of the car before he handed over the keys :) I fully recommend dropping by if you are looking at buying as they didn't pressure me at all to make the purchase.

Sold my car yesterday Carlton wasn’t pushy, he explained everything clearly & they gave me a really great offer on my car. I have bought my car from Rockingham Hyundai a few years ago & I couldn’t fault them. The sales team gives excellent service without coming across pushy. I highly recommend them who are looking for a car new or used or to sell.

Bought a demo Hyundai Tucson from this dealer. The worst experience I have ever had. When I signed the paper work no mention was made that a car worth 52k only has one key. Gave them the money then ask me if he needs to show me around the car. You would expect considering how much I just spent . After showing me around I ask him for the spare keys that’s when he says they only have 1 key. Like Wow. Said he will try track a spare key and let me know. 1 week goes by just to find out that the salesperson no long employed at the dealer. Spoke to Hyundai Australia they got the dealership to call me and guess what they said. Sorry we can’t help you. So now pay an additional $900 for a spare key.
